Billing

Settings → Billing is headed Billing & Subscription. It shows what you are on and what the other plans include.

  • Current plan
  • Subscription details
  • Plan features
  • The three plans
  • Prices
  • Changing plan
  • Checking an existing subscription
  • When a plan-gated control is switched off
  • Data security

A status badge sits at the top right of the first card:

BadgeMeaning
TrialSubscribed, still inside the free trial
ActiveShopify reports an active subscription
PendingShopify has not yet activated the subscription
FrozenShopify has frozen the subscription
DeclinedThe subscription was declined
CancelledThe subscription has been cancelled
ExpiredThe subscription has lapsed
FreeNo active subscription was found

With a subscription, the card names the plan and the price Shopify is charging for it, and during a trial adds a Trial days remaining badge. A development or test charge is flagged with This is a test subscription.

If the details cannot be checked, the page shows Subscription details unavailable with Retry. This message does not mean you need to purchase another subscription. Some details may be unavailable even when your subscription is active.

Below it: when the subscription started, when a trial ends, and the subscription’s own reference number. That reference is what support will ask for if a charge needs chasing.

The bullets of the plan you are actually on. If your subscription carries a plan name Assemblified does not recognise, this card is left out rather than showing the wrong list.

Every plan is listed with its monthly price, the yearly equivalent and the saving that comes with paying yearly. Your own plan is marked Current plan.

The bill of materials core:

  • Bill of materials lifecycle management
  • Finished goods to component inventory adjustments
  • Subassemblies for complex compositions
  • Material requirements & changes overview
  • Automated inventory adjustments
  • Automated refund & cancellation handling
  • Point of Sale and multi-location support
  • Material forecasting with Logistified

Everything above, plus production:

  • Pre-assembled stock tracking
  • Production with work orders
  • Production costs including labour and custom cost rates
  • Disassemble pre-assembled stock
  • Order-linked production workflows
  • Metadata for builds and orders
  • Location-specific bills of materials and bill versions
  • REST API access

Enhanced is also what unlocks the cost rates catalogue, metafield definitions and the nightly bill-version snapshot.

Everything in Enhanced, plus multi-store:

  • Main-store bill of materials execution for partner orders
  • Shared-SKU inventory sync across stores
  • Shared material stock managed from the main store
  • Priority support and setup assistance

Elevate is needed by the store that creates a group. A partner store joining an existing group does not need it.

Prices are published in one place, so they cannot go stale here.

Manage plan on any of the three cards opens Shopify’s pricing-plans screen for Assemblified in a new tab. Choose there, approve the charge, and come back — the app picks the new plan up on its own.

If Subscription required appears after you have subscribed, select I have a subscription. Check again. Assemblified checks the subscription for the store you are currently using. The button shows Checking subscription… while it works. When access is restored, the app opens the requested page or the home page.

If no active subscription is found, review the plan in Shopify and check again. If the check cannot finish, follow the message and retry. A message saying your subscription was saved but access could not be fully restored means you should retry; it is not a request to buy another plan.

If the page still appears after confirmation, check again or contact support. Under Need help, select Copy email address or email support@p-h.solutions. If your browser blocks copying, select and copy the visible address manually, or select the email link to open your email app.

A feature your plan does not include is never hidden and never left looking clickable. The control is visibly disabled, it names the plan it needs, and it offers exactly one way to upgrade. What you already created on a higher plan stays visible and keeps working where it is read-only — existing cost rates, for example, keep pricing your bills even when you can no longer edit them.

The last card states two things about how your data is handled: it is encrypted while it travels and while it is stored, and your bills of materials are checked continuously so a broken reference is caught before it reaches an order.
