Company

Settings → Company holds your company details. Everything on the page exists for one purpose: it prints on your packing slip PDFs.

Whether those details actually appear is a separate choice — the Show company info on PDF switch on Shopify printing. Fill this page in first, then decide there.

Upload a PNG, JPEG or WebP of up to 2 MB — around 400 × 100 pixels works best — and it prints at the top of the packing slip.

Drop a file on the box or browse for one. Once a logo is stored, the page shows it with its file name above a Replace box and a Remove button. Removing it leaves the slip without a logo; nothing else changes.

If a drop is refused, the upload box shows the accepted formats. Files over 2 MB and failed uploads also show feedback there. Choose a valid file to try again; your unsaved company text stays in place.

Ten fields, all optional and all free text:

  • Company name
  • VAT ID
  • Address line 1
  • Address line 2
  • City
  • Zip Code
  • Country
  • Contact Person
  • Phone number
  • Email address

They are printed as they are typed. Leave a field empty and it simply does not appear on the slip.

The sample packing slip updates as you change the company fields, before you save. On desktop, the controls and preview appear side by side. You can enlarge the preview without losing your edits.

This sample always shows company details so you can check them, even if Show company info on PDF is off in Shopify printing. It uses your currently saved logo; uploading or removing a logo refreshes the sample without saving your text edits. The preview shows sample order contents, and page breaks can differ in the downloaded PDF.

The fields are one form. Edits are held until you press Save on the bar that appears when something changes, and leaving the page with unsaved edits asks first. Discard restores what was stored.

The logo is the exception: uploading or removing it takes effect immediately, so it is not part of the Save.

If a save cannot reach the app, your edits stay on the page with an error. Try Save again when the connection recovers. The preview continues to show your draft; it does not confirm that the draft was saved.
